Shipping and Returns

At Aurora Hancrafted, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a flexible return policy, subject to the following conditions:

 

Return period 
You can request a return or exchange of your product within 15 days of receiving your order.

 

Return conditions 

• The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused and in its original packaging.

• The products must not have been altered or suffered any damage.

• The return or exchange request must be made by email to info@aurora-handcrafted.com  within 15 days of receiving the product.

 

Return Process 
To return a product, please contact us at info@aurora-handcrafted.com for instructions on the return procedure. 

 

Refund or exchange 

If your return is accepted, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the product or an exchange, whichever you prefer.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 days of receipt of the returned product.

 

Return Shipping 
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable return service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
